Finalization

Finalization of the ordinance proposal.

Identification

Identification of operational financial requirements and proposed budgeting.

Presentation

Presentation and ratification by Town bodies, including the Finance Board, Planning & Zoning, RTM and BOS.

Public Referendum

Public referendum by district landowners and tenants that requires a majority approval by both.

*To meet the Town’s financial cycle for budgeting and taxes, this would need to be done by very early 2022 to be in place by late summer/fall 2022.
